When will my flower arrangement be delivered?
Most of our arrangements are available for same-day delivery if ordered before 3:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. You can select your preferred delivery date during the checkout process.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is not available, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place, such as a porch or with a neighbor, or leave a note to schedule a redelivery attempt.
How can I ensure my flowers stay fresh?
To maximize the life of your bouquet, we recommend changing the water daily, trimming the stems at a 45-degree angle every few days, and keeping the arrangement away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Yes, every order includes a free personalized gift card. You can enter your custom message during the checkout steps before finalizing your purchase.
What is your substitution policy?
To ensure timely delivery, our florists may occasionally substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value due to seasonal availability. We always strive to maintain the style and color palette of your chosen arrangement.
